Lupus Symptoms In Women & Self Awareness
Self-awareness is a major part of personal development
especially if you have a chronic condition such as Lupus symptoms in women. You
must pay attention to what you do on a daily basis and what you can and should
improve upon. Self-awareness is also a wonderful tool to learn more about you.
When you become self aware, strengths and faults will begin to surface and you
will be forced to reckon with them just like you do with your Lupus Symptoms
Don’t just write your goals down; take the time to visualize
them. They do not need to be too difficult; lupus symptoms in women sufferers
need to be able to achieve what they have set out to do. What are the
opportunities you gain for succeeding? Imagine what it will be like to achieve
specific goals and feel the emotions that your imagination brings to you. Do
this each and every day and you’ll keep motivated and on the right path until
you succeed.
A great tip that can help you with your personal development
goals is to be able to look at yourself honestly to assess your shortcomings.
Make allowances on yourself when you have set a particularly difficult goal. As
life is so unpredictable, living with lupus symptoms in women. If you
have a bloated ego, it’ll be hard for you to get past sticking points because
you won’t be able to see what you’re doing wrong.
Spend some of the day in silence. Most of us are always
going with different sounds in our ears. When’s the last time you enjoyed
complete silence? Turn off your phone for a half hour a day, turn off the music
and go somewhere by yourself to just listen to peaceful stillness. This will
cause you to be still and relaxed so that your lupus symptoms have time to
recover and ease.
Pamper yourself, and make sure you do what makes you happy.
It can be stress relieving to find things that make you happy and do them for
yourself. Even if it’s something simple such as getting your nails done, find
time for these things, and do them so you feel better about yourself. Don’t
allow your lupus symptoms in women to interfere with how you look and feel.
Try finding out what you want out of life and what you hold
dear in your life. Try to figure out what your personal values are and how you
apply them to your life. You need to be aware of what is important to you and
what in your life gives you pleasure and pain. Making sure that you communicate
with your family and friends on how you feel and what your lupus symptoms in
women are like to live with.
Try to learn how to breathe right. You need to be able to
concentrate on your breathing, especially if you are stressed or in pain. When
things get intense, try to avoid taking quick breaths that make you dizzy and
want to pass out. Instead try to breathe more slowly and deeply. You can feel
much more in control of your anxiety and pain to prevent making things worse.
This will make you relax and make your lupus symptoms not seem so bad.
A really great way to be self-aware is to document each and
every day. Always keep a journal or notepad on you and write about what, in
detail, has happened throughout that day. The more often you write, the more
accurate your account will be. Look back and read over the diary often; things
to be proud of or even ashamed of will begin to stand out over time. Work on
what you don’t like and in the end you will be happy about your new attitude.

When it comes to caring for your skin, you want something
you know will really work well, and that is good for your skin. There are
hundreds of products to try, this can be disheartening and unsuccessful. Having
had Trinity Lotion which contains Beta Glucan and Aloe Vera, recommended to me,
I thought I would suggest it to my husband to try.
My husband tends to have problems with his skin where he
shave, I think this is a pretty common problem for men. He has tried many
things, including lotions not necessarily made for the face. In the end I
convinced him to try Trinity Lotion although it stung the first couple of times
he used it, it worked wonders on his face. The dry skin cleared up, he lost a
few of his face wrinkles, his skin looked healthier and he also noticed that
his shaving cuts healed quicker.
After seeing the great results my husband had, I tried it
myself. I hadn’t realised how dry, spotty and dull looking my face was, this is
mainly due to the fact that I take numerous medications to control my Systemic
Lupus Erythematosus. My face soon began to look healthier.
To find out more about beta glucan & aloe vera cream and
its healing abilities visit Beta Glucan Be-Nat You will also be able to read all about beta
glucan and its immune enhancing properties.
Trinity cream is not just good for the skin on your face, it
can be used on most parts of the body.
